1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, mostly drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Yield: about 3 cups.
