Cheers!

For those faithful followers from years ago, this is the totally revamped Steph's Kitchen (Steph's Country Kitchen Goodness) website in blog format. This promises to be a fun and sassy mix of tempting recipes, must try wines and beverages, food and cooking websites, kitchen tips, and everything in between. I would say everything but the kitchen sink, but no guarantee I won't discuss my kitchen sink at one point! (Like the time it stayed clogged for a week and I did dishes in the bath tub...mmhmm).

So for all future recipes I'll post, polls I'll ask, tips I'll share and wines I'll stress you run out and buy, I raise my glass of "Cab" and happily toast "Cheers" and Welcome!

  5. I am SO EXCITED to find this blog! I have dearly missed your recipes and menus. I still only use your banana bread. You should make a cookbook. I'd buy some!!! For me and friends and family. Your recipes have never disappointed me. So easy and so tasty.

    Your faithful reader,

  6. I used to make a lot of recipes from your old site. I was excited when I saw your recipe in Taste of Home magazine. I have made your garlic parmesan orzo for years, love it. It got me searching for you again. Yippee, here you are. I can't wait to try some more of your recipes.

    Thanks, Susan

  7. I'm THRILLED that you're back Steph. I printed out nearly all of your recipes when you were on AOL. I was so sad when I couldn't find them online anymore. Welcome back!

  9. YOUR'E BACK!! Oh this is fantastic! I must tell you that your old website and recipes have such a special place in my teenage years. My mum and I went through a time with very little money (like we were counting out cups of flour and other ingredients to only buy the absolute necessesities each week) and we based many of our meals on the recipes from your site. Even though we were really short on funds, we got a wonderful chance to cook together every night and that really helped! Looking forward to keeping up with your new blog!

  10. Steph, I too am a fan from many years ago! I had found your original recipe site while sitting at my computer, nursing my first-born, who is now 13! You seriously were instrumental in helping me learn how to become a cook/homemaker. Your recipes were always spot-on and received rave reviews. Many of those that I had printed are still trusty recipes to this day. (Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies - my favorites). I really hope that you continue to post recipes or post the link to your old recipes. I'm so excited to find you again...you are like a trusty old friend/mentor in the kitchen.
