Honeydew Smoothie

Another big winner among the smoothie kick concoctions. Also good with vanilla protein powder added.

1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt

2 tsp. vanilla

1-1/2 cups honeydew melon chunks

3/4 cup lowfat milk

2 tsp. sugar or Splenda

1/2 cup crushed ice

1. Add all ingredients to blender; whirl until smooth, stirring as needed. Yield: 2 small servings.
